Intended Outcomes for the course
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Identify and apply 1–2 strategies to support collaboration within a project team
Apply techniques to improve team communication and trust
Recognize common team dynamics and apply a basic conflict resolution approach to a sample scenario.
Select and outline 1–2 practical tools or techniques to support team performance, captured in a simple action plan.
