Course articulation deadlines

New Course & New Teacher

New teachers wanting to articulate a new PCC course as Dual Credit for the upcoming school year:

  1. April 1st: Notify the Dual Credit Coordinator and submit the Dual Credit Faculty Application.
  2. April 15th: If you didn’t upload your application materials with your application, we kindly ask that you email them to your assigned Dual Credit coordinator no later than April 15th.
  3. September 1st: Qualification review, course content alignment and syllabus approval must be completed by September 1st. Failure to meet the deadline may mean the course cannot be articulated for the school year.
New Course Only

High School Faculty that are already in our system as Dual Credit HS Faculty, but would like to add a new Dual Credit course:

  1. May 1st: Notify the Dual Credit Coordinator
  2. June 1st: Course syllabi should be submitted for approval by June 1st.
  3. September 1st: Approved syllabi are due to the Dual Credit office
Continuing Courses

High School Dual Credit Faculty that are planning to continue offering their approved course(s):

  1. September 1st: Updated course syllabi for 1st Semester, Trimester 1 and Yearlong courses are due.
  2. November 1st: Updated course syllabi for Trimester 2 courses are due.
  3. January 1st: Updated course syllabi for 2nd Semester, and Trimester 3 courses are due.
