I\u2019ve been a librarian at PCC for more than 25 years, most at the Sylvania campus, with a few years at Cascade. I enjoy teaching classes in person and online and I especially like the opportunity to work with students one on one.<\/p>\n
When we went fully remote in 2020, I moved with my husband to Palm Springs, back to Portland, and then to Quer\u00e9taro, Mexico for a couple of years. I\u2019m back in person at Sylvania and also work from my home nearby.<\/p>\n
My passion is international travel. I\u2019ve visited all continents except Antarctica, but I\u2019m staying closer to home these days. This past summer, I was one of 75 people per year permitted to enter Mt. St. Helen\u2019s crater. In 2024, I become eligible for permanent residency in Mexico and hope to begin living there part-time a few years later.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
