Legal Assistant, Career Pathway certificate

The Legal Assistant, less than one year Career Pathway certificate: 35 credit certificate program, including 29 hours of required courses; and 6 credit hours of elective paralegal courses. Admission into the Career Pathway certificate requires completion of an application timely with term deadlines. Students are admitted in Fall, Winter and Spring terms.

Students must maintain a “C” average in all required courses to complete their certificate.

Paralegal program students must complete?14 quarter credit hours of synchronous?instruction. Synchronous instruction means students must attend a scheduled class meeting time each week. This restriction is not applicable to Legal Assistant students.
