Details about this class
This is a combined Level I and II class.
We begin slowly, breaking down props, poses, and flow. Each week builds in practice.
Each week you will participate in a posted class specific video, plus supplemental options, to total 2.5 hours of yoga per week.
There is a weekly yoga journal assignment, a pre and post assessment, and a few brief discussions.

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
