The IT Client Services division has created the quarterly (Jan – Mar 2026) scorecard. You can view at quarterly or annual level. This scorecard details Service Desk metrics, software updates, Splashtop usage, and provides insights into IT divisional activities. Annual and past quarter statistics are also available via the top-left drop-down menu on the CS Scorecard Metrics page.
