  • Grief & Loss Processing Group

    Join us for a four-week counseling process group about grief and loss. The group is an opportunity for members to share and process experiences of grief and loss.
  • BIPOC Healing Group
    Spring term group dates: 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 5/27
    3-4pm on Zoom
    This counseling group provides a space for Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) students to discuss lived experiences. The group supports students in navigating various challenges with emphasis on collective support, connection, and the healing process within the group. This process group runs for four weeks. Please recognize that this space is a place to gain community support with students who may hold identities different than your own.
  • Queer/Trans/Gender-Expansive Counseling Process Group
    Spring term group dates: 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28?
    1-2pm on Zoom
    Join us in this online counseling process group welcoming queer/trans/gender-expansive PCC students. Common experiences are shared, differences are acknowledged, and the healing power of community is celebrated.
  • Reclaiming Self: Group Healing After Narcissistic Abuse
    Spring term group dates: 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 5/26
    1-2pm on Zoom
    This group will explore the emotional and psychological impact of narcissistic abuse while building practical tools for rebuilding self-trust, strengthening boundaries, and restoring self-esteem.
  • Take Charge of Your Healing
    Spring term group dates: 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 5/26
    10-11am on Zoom
    This online four-week counseling group focuses on recovery from trauma and substance abuse using an approach called “Seeking Safety”.
