Here are?the slides. Today some students took the CASAS test. We reviewed Unit 4 and then took the test at the end of the class. If you were absent today, you can take the Unit 4 test on?Monday. You can schedule the CASAS test for another time.
We have two weeks left. Please come to class! I will talk to you next week about your summer class, Level 2 or Level 3. Many students take Level 2 for two or three terms. Some students may be ready for Level 3 if they have strong skills, come to class and do?homework.
Here is the?homework for Monday:
1.?English in Action 2: Preview Unit 1: Growing Up. Look at the pictures, start to learn the vocabulary?words and the verbs. You will learn the simple past.
2. Read your library?book. Write about your book. Tell me when you are ready to give your?Book Report. We will start book reports next week.
3.?Work on Extra Practice 5. Here is the chart.?This is the last Extra Practice but you can do more!
4. Finish late?homework?and corrections.
